Injured Racers

As many of you know our fellow racer and freind Bob Lair was injured on Saturday 9-11-10 when his nostalgia Altered (Instant T) rolled over and was destroyed when it hit the wall while participating at the Nitro Blast at Midstate Dragway in Havana IL.

Many of us know of others that have been injured and we accept that it is always a possibility that we may find ourselves in a similar situation.

While we can't insure that accidents will never happen at the track we can do something to help when they do.

as a reciepient of the draw org they are a wonderful support place hats off to them when i seen the pictures that were on havana it brought tears to my eyes and all the memorys came back if it had not been for draw and the supporters of that org I dont know what i would have done
My husband was also injured at gateway badly and draw stepped right in and took care of me when i did not even know what my next step would be
I looked at the pictures of the car in shambles in that trailer and it looked almost the same
our altered went into the gardrail and down the gardrail about 6 or 7 times and then end over end about 8 or 9 times
my hat goes out to Cre Molton the heart doctor he left his whole operation to take me to the hospital and told me what his injurys were and he was right a lot of brain issues but he is fine now
