I know we are not in the 4.99 club, but our old heap qualified number one in Nostalgia/Gas at BG with a 9.003. Worked our way through some really good competition and made it to the final round of what may be the final Goodguys race.

Treed the guy but couldn't catch him at the stripe. Missed the win by .07. I think the heat got to the motor and slowed it down a tad.

Is that Historical or Hysterical?

If they pull it early it will be due to low spectator count because the Coupe was not there

NO Lie...I had three people ask me on Friday if I knew Dave Shaffer and if the Coupe was coming. All 3 told me that they had been sent by various family members to see if the Coupe was racing, if the Coupe was not here then they weren't interested in coming!!!!!

I just smiled and told them I would make sure you got the message that people in Bowling Green want to see the Coupe again!! ;D ;D ;D

Thanks Michelle ;D I tried every way possible to get free for BG couldn't get it done before sat. afternoon Hopefully we'll have some good racing next year with everyone .
