yes he was it was kinda nice when you called there you would get him answering the phone himself i talked to him several times when i first started with the blower

Its customer service like that and selling a good product that made him popular.
Customer service has gone by the wayside to automated operators, voice mail boxs, and someone "handling" calls for those whom you wish to talk to.
