We were one of three front engine dragsters testing at Havana yesterday. Our red FED ran pretty well. Bob Gibson announced that he and Frank decided the track will be repaved before the NQSA race. That is from the end of the concrete to the end of the track. Also mentioned grinding the concrete.

made a few test runs sunday first pass ran 4.55 with 1.00 60 ft last pass ran 4.52 with 1.04 60 ft
car handles good ran a 4.56-150 and stopped without chute and stade out of corn field

gates will be open friday nite so you can park i have it set up to do first time run around 3 on saturday the sunday race will have us doing first time pass at around 10 am not sure if there will be any testing fri i will get with bob later this week and let you know[jerry]
