It was good to see everyone again, it had been way to long.
Sunday's final with me and Wayne was my dream WIN!! I have been trying to beat that friggin' Mouse Man for 3yrs and I didn't want it to come down to games at the top end, I wanted to run it out and let the fastest car win! It took some tap dancing but I finally got him to agree and then the best part of it all is that Wayne was so concerned about my lights, I told him I had been off all wknd, back in the .1's and .2's I even had to show him my time slips to get him to believe me.
As I sat with the pre-stage light lit, I told myself... Don't give this away with a crappy light, you will never forgive yourself cause you know you are just a little faster than him!
I think maybe that piece of da Coupe body that I held a little earlier may have had something to do with that beautiful .002 light I had!!! ;D ;D ;D ;D

im glad you an skip did make it !! i was going to leve an head home but i didnot HOLY SHIT what a race loved it. hats off to michelle an wayne that was cool

Congrats again!!!!! Michelle I knew you were faster but I thought I had you covered at the tree.But was I surprised when I looked over and you were ahead at the 60 ft cone because I had a 1.01 60 in the round before.Then I pulled ahead until about 500 ft then that BIG mph of yours came on and it was like I lifted and you drove right around me for the win.I didnt make the turn at the end of the track so I was a good distance from Michelle.I got out of the car and still had my gear on and I could hear her yelling YES YES YES Way to go both of you!!!!

It was nice getting to see everyone and putting faces with names finally, congrats skip and Michelle you were awesome, and too everyone that was there you put on one heck of a show I talked to my dad yesterday and he was still carrying on about you guys and Dave I hope your doing well and get back soon  I finally got all the pictures on line from both days hope you guys enjoy them :)Dan |
