Very powerful information that most track owners and promoters don't ever seem to grasp. I THINK we are seeing that with the NPCA and to a lesser extent with the NQSA. Butts in the stands create $$$$$$$$$$ for everyone concerned. I think that has been over looked way to often.

anybody can talk the talk try walking the walk Those of us that stand behind the NQSA do not worry about how fancy or bigtime the facility is the small tracks is where it's at a match race show is beat for all but how many of you bring sponsors to the series and not just put the money in your own pocket Havana last night had 850paid spectators for a small show with no fuel or funny cars thats more fans than i see at Indy for a goodguys event .Was a great time track owners Happy fans happy I think Jerrys done a great job for no reward(besides the first rd bys) ;D It's a shame the local racer stays home and dosen't support his local track & so called friends .

just thinking outloud if i could get 8 people to bring 500 dollars apiece to the table in sponsor money id put on a race and pay each one of them 500 to show ive always said this is a show and a way to get small racetracks a way to put butts in the seat make some money and make fans happy the track owners talked to several people at this race including racers fans and staff all were very happy doing it rite completely maybe not but trying id say hell yes the racers who support this series i have to give a huge thanks to they make it happen they are the best thanks for all your support to the fans who are very important thanks to all of you to the track owners and staff who give us a place to do this thank you all of you make this happen [jerry]

Im guessing I do not follow this post. I read it, then re-read it and im still working on it some. The NQSA goes to the smaller tracks that attracts fans to see cars like these and looking at the attendance at Havana it paid off.

Still not sure what the NPCA has to do with the comparison.

Now, that cutey Dave Shaffer was there and 300MPH Gayle Jenkins so that might bring in 200 of them alone.

Ron i was referring to bringing sponsors & attention to the sport nobody has worked harder the Jerry for the NQSA & Troy for the NDRL in getting tracks & money to pay the racers . People keep saying this or that about how it should be done but no one steps up with the track or sponsor or money to back up what is said and as far as jr. he did have daddy's billions to work with Jerry's done it by skipping lunch ;D ;D
