Are we looking forsome races west of the Mississippi? Everything NPCA has booked is east of the river and involves some pretty long tows.
Any possibilities with Heartland Park, Topeka, Gateway, St. louis, KCIR, Joliet...?

Any possibilities with Heartland Park, Topeka, Gateway, St. louis, KCIR, Joliet...? I can't find the calendar either, but here are some other Nostalgia races. Muscle Car Reunion - Gateway and KCIR Nostalgia Fest at Cordova, IL weekend after HRR at Bowling Green. Good Guys Friday Night Drags at Joliet in September. Google the web sites for NHRA Reunions, Muscle Car Reunion, and Cordova for details. Dave

I forgot that Eddyville and Cedar Rapids, IO also have Nostalgia gigs going on west of the mighty Miss. Scott Gardner owns Cordova and he's involved at those two tracks also.
I talked with Scott at the Expo and I really Like the Gasser program he's putting together. He said he's gona run the indexes heads up until they have a winner in each. Then they'll have a handicap run off for the Gas Eliminator title. He was very happy to hear that we are going there instead of trying for Pinks All Out at Joliet. I find him to be a really good man.
I also spoke to Chris Schneider [Race Director, 573-644-3272] for the Muscle Car Reunion. He welcomed my input and is very hopeful that a bunch of us will return regardless of the mishap with the other group last year at KCIR . He was genuine and took some shared responsibility for the misunderstanding. There was plenty of that to go around according to him. He said he wants to have a drivers meeting to get some input from all regarding the index format. I liked Gateway and will be returning. KCIR just to far though.

Hey Jerry, when do you think you can start to fill in the 2011 NQS Calendar with confirmed race dates?
Keep up the good work,
