Hi My name is James Sloan. I am the owner at Sloan's Old Skool High Performance. I began my racing industry career at age Eleven and worked side by side with my father Bob Sloan to learn the trade. My father and I developed some of the most effective and durable power glide transmissions on the market today. At age Fourteen I embarked on my next opportunity to build my racing resume and built an injected BBC. At age Sixteen I owned my first drag car. A 112' Wheelbase Altered with an injected BBC between the frame rails. I was hooked on drag racing after I made the first pass in that car! Over the next 22 years I continued to build, own, and tune many other drag cars and build the transmission bussiness. In 2013 I decided to broaden my horizons by turning the business into a complete ones stop shop for all your blown alky, injected alky, transmission, and other performance parts needs.



Through my experiences in drag racing, mechanics, and product knowledge I am excited to continue to serve as a leader in the industry in all performance racing parts.
